Stroganoff

2 Tbsp olive oil
1 green pepper
1 onion
mushrooms
3 cloves garlic
1 lb beef
3 Tbsp flour, any kind
2 C beef broth
1 C sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
egg noodles

Chop veggies and meat and saute in oil over medium heat just until meat is no longer pink. Add flour and mix in completely. Add broth and bring to a boil, then simmer until thickened.

Cook noodles according to package directions.

Take veggie mixture off heat and mix with noodles. Add in sour cream and mushroom soup, mix well.

Serve warm, with extra sour cream on the side.
