Peanut Butter Cream Pie

8 oz cream cheese
3/4 C powdered sugar
1/2 C peanut butter
6 Tbsp milk
8 oz whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)

Combine all ingredients and whip until creamy. This requires a mixer, it will not work by hand.

Pour into a graham cracker crust (chocolate or regular) and chill overnight. Nutter Butter sandwich cookies also make a lovely crust! A nice touch: chocolate and/or peanut butter chips or chocolate shavings on top.
