Stuffing

1 large loaf white wheat bread
3 Tbsp poulty seasoning
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 onion
2 or 3 ribs celery
1 C chicken broth

In a large bowl, tear bread into small pieces. Sprinkle with seasoning. Add eggs and mix well. Mixture should be moist and crumbly, not soaked. Set aside to allow eggs to come to room temperature.

Dice onion and celery, saute in butter until soft. Pour butter and veg over bread mixture and stir to combine.

Place in buttered dish and dump broth over all. Bake 350 for 30-45 min.
