2 C pumpkin
2 eggs
1 C granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp unbleached all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp cinnamon
dash nutmeg
dash ginger
dash milk
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into prepared pie shell and bake at 425 degrees for 10 min, then turn oven down to 325 degrees and cook for an additional 30-45 minutes until the pie is set in the middle but crust is not burnt.
