Cranberry Sauce

1 12 oz bag cranberries
1 C granulated sugar
1 C orange juice, freshly squeezed

Rinse and pick over cranberries. Combine sugar and juice in medium saucepan until sugar is dissolved, then bring to a boil. Stir in cranberries, bring to boil again, then reduce to simmer. Cook for 5-10 minutes, until cranberries have popped. Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate overnight before serving.
