1 1/2 C apples, shredded
1 1/2 C oats
1/2 C walnuts, chopped (optional)
2/3 C dates, chopped
1/4 C whole wheat flour
1/4 C apple juice
1/2 tsp salt
Mix all ingredients; let sit 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8x8 dish.
Spread mixture into dish. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Perfect for breakfast!
